Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully prior to installing or using the Smart Promo Rescue application ("the Service" or "the App"). By installing the App from the Shopify App Store, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Smart Promo Rescue offers intelligent promotional code typo detection, automated correction suggestions, cart threshold booster recommendations, and order attribution analytics for Shopify-powered stores.
2. Subscription Billing & Trial Period
- Official Shopify Billing: All fees are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis ($29.00 USD/month) managed entirely through the official Shopify Billing API. Charges are consolidated directly into your standard Shopify store billing cycle.
- 7-Day Free Trial: Merchants receive an unrestricted 7-day free trial upon initial installation. If you uninstall the App before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store admin. No further charges will be billed following uninstallation.
3. Technical Integrity & Theme Safety
Smart Promo Rescue is constructed using native Shopify Theme App Extensions. The App operates without altering, injecting, or contaminating your core theme.liquid files. Upon uninstallation, all storefront scripts are removed immediately and completely, leaving zero residual code.
4. Availability & SLA
We leverage globally distributed edge infrastructure to provide high availability. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that operation will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free under all extraordinary conditions (such as catastrophic ISP failures or major cloud outages).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Promo Rescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
6. Governing Law and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect technical updates or regulatory adjustments. Continued use of the App following posted updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
